Porsche boss Wendelin Wiedeking, has seen the sales success of BMW’s X3 (110,000 last year) and wants a piece of that pie. The compact SUV could share a platform with Audi’s forthcoming Q5, and will be able to accommodate the same six and eight cylinder powerplants that currently reside in the Cayenne.
